On December 22, NNVE Investment Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd subordinated under NNFE Holdings (hereinafter referred to as NNFE) and Woniu (Beijing) Scenic Management Company (hereinafter referred to as WSMC) signed a Strategic Co-operation Frame Agreement, marking the investment of NNFE fully steps into the tourism investment, tourism, scenic area management, tourism venture capital industry chain, jointly opens a new model of tourism and capital cooperation, builds a smart tourism ecosystem to boost a new pattern of domestic tourism industry.
According to the agreement, NNFE and WSMC will jointly found a joint venture for close cooperation in tourism scenic area management, tourism industry mergers and acquisitions and investment, tourism industry IP venture capital investment, to broaden the tourism cooperation fields, to give play to their advantages in tourism finance, tourism investment, scenic area planning and development, landscape design and operation management, etc., to innovate China tourism development model and to build China tourism investment and management advantage brand under the principle of resource sharing, complementary advantages and value co-creating.

Based on the needs from investment, planning, construction and operation of tourism area, integrate new technologies, new formats, through the service modes such as special consultation, entrusted management, on-site consulting and cooperative operation, provide consulting services such as on-site management and scenic spot solutions to give a fun area of high-quality products and services for tourists with the scenic area. WSMC, as a comprehensive operator in tourist destination, has hosted a total of 16 scenic areas and helped 18 scenic areas and resorts to successfully create 5A scenic areas and national tourist resorts by the end of November 2017, therefore becoming a industry brand in standardization creation and operation and management of scenic areas in China.
